Lisa Vetrone Named A Finalist In “MSG Varsity’s Talent Show”
Lisa Vetrone, an individual vocalist from North Shore High School, has advanced to the finals in MSG Varsity’s Talent Show, a weekly series featuring the most talented high school acts in the tri-state area.
In a special online announcement, it was revealed that, Vetrone received enough on-line votes at www.msgvarsitytalentshow.com to compete in the finals which will air this Sunday, May 27 at 8:00 p.m. on MSG Varsity, Optimum Channel 14.
Vetrone, who sang the Elvis Presley hit “Return to Sender” in the semifinals, is one of four acts in the Individual Vocalist category who will compete in this weekend’s finals.
The winner, who will receive a two-day professional studio experience, including the opportunity to work with an award-winning producer to cut a demo CD or video and create custom-designed cover art, will be crowned on Sunday, June 3 at 8:00 p.m. on MSG Varsity.
